Non-Verbal Measurement of Cognitive Abilities.  Conducted analyses of dimensional structure and carried out validation analyses of non-verbal measure of adult cognitive abilities.

 

Validation of 360 Degree Employee Assessment System. Developed system for validation and refinement of multi-source assessment of mid-level supervisors.

 

Prediction of Burnout. Examined personality and work factors associated with burnout and retention among child protection workers.

 

Psychiatric Diagnosis.  Analyzed practitioners’ perceptions of strengths and weaknesses of DSM-V manual for specific diagnoses.
